First Mennonite Church and Unitarian Universalist Church of Urbana Champaign are hosting a special Taco Tuesday event that combines learning about local Palestinian advocacy and action with a recent on-the-ground account of life in the West Bank. The event will include an invitation to participants to act on what they learn.

This event will be held at First Mennonite Church on the corner of Springfield and Lincoln. Come early at 5 pm for the unfurling of a banner that reads: "God loves Palestinians.” This will be followed by a 5:30 pm potluck Taco Tuesday meal and 6:30-8 pm program. If you would like to attend the meal, please RSVP by July 13.
