The shared offering team needs help to pull of this year’s voting process and potluck on November 16th. We primarily need help with setting up of fellowship hall before the event and putting it back after. 

Set up starts at 9:00AM and will take about 30 minutes. We will be getting long tables set up around the perimeter of Fellowship Hall for the organizations to have their posters on.

Clean up starts during the potluck and will finish when we have fellowship hall back to normal. Jobs include cleaning up the dishes and returning all the tables and chairs back to the usual set up. We should be done by 1:30, but you do not have to stay until the end.
